I had an amazing experience with Ellem Store while shopping for my daughter's birthday frock. What impressed me the most was their outstanding customer service.

I placed the order just **2 days before my daughter's birthday**, and most other sellers I contacted said it wouldn't be possible to deliver on time. However, the Ellem team went above and beyond to help. They honestly explained that their normal delivery service might not make it in time, but they offered an alternative solution by sending the package through a local bus route to ensure it reached us before the big day.

The delivery was smooth, timely, and completely hassle-free. When we opened the package, we were absolutely delighted. The frock was beautiful, well-made, and exactly as pictured. What made it even more special were the thoughtful little touches from the Ellem team—a lovely birthday note and adorable teddy bear-themed cutouts included in the package.

Beginning with the ordering process, I had the most genuine and seamless whatsapp communication with the team. They answered all my queries before I had placed my order. Even followed up with the dispatch personally!

Coming to the delivery: the packaging , oh my god was so pretty. So were the small details like the sweet fragrance when we opened the box.
